IFZA company setup
IFZA’s own about page says its headquarters are at IFZA HQ, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, with reception at IFZA Business Park, Building A2, in the same district. It says business licences are available through the incorporation of FZCOs, that different activities can be combined under one licence, and that it works through professional partners and government authorities. The UAE government portal’s free-zone list does not name IFZA. Until the issuing authority is confirmed for your activity, THAJ will not describe an IFZA company as a Dubai Silicon Oasis licence or invent an IFZA fee.

Share capital, visa quotas, “cheapest package” and setup-day counts are not on the IFZA page we cite. They are not repeated from other websites.
Dubai Silicon Oasis is a named free zone under DIEZA. That fact is on the Silicon Oasis page. Sharing a district with IFZA’s reception does not merge the two. If your activity is a plain Dubai free zone licence, start from the zones u.ae names. If you still want IFZA, the first step is written confirmation of which government authority will issue that FZCO.
What THAJ prepares for IFZA
THAJ will prepare an IFZA file only after the activity and the issuing authority are confirmed in writing. We will not sell an IFZA package price, because IFZA’s page does not give one we are willing to copy and we do not invent one.
- The activity is matched to that authority’s list before a trade name is reserved.
- The legal form is one the authority actually registers. u.ae says not every free zone registers every type.
- THAJ’s fee is quoted in writing, separate from the authority’s charges. This page has no package price.

Dubai PRO renewals are described on the trade licence renewal page. A free zone outside Dubai renews with its own authority. We say which file we can prepare before anyone assumes one retainer covers every emirate.
Frequently asked questions
Is IFZA on the UAE government portal’s free-zone list?
Not on the list we reviewed. That page names Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Airport Free Zone and the other Dubai zones, and it does not name IFZA. IFZA’s own site is the source for the IFZA address and the FZCO wording.
Where does IFZA say it is based?

Can you quote an IFZA formation package?
No. This page does not carry a package price. Any IFZA charge is quoted from IFZA or from the authority that invoices it, next to THAJ’s fee.

We do not say that. The address is in the district. The licence name has to be confirmed before filing.
