PRO services pricing in Dubai
PRO service pricing in Dubai has two parts: government fees, which are set by the authorities and passed on at cost, and the PRO provider’s service fee, charged per transaction or as a monthly retainer. The total depends on the number of visas, the licensing authority (mainland or free zone) and how many renewals fall in the year. THAJ quotes both parts separately and in writing before any work starts.

Why this page does not print package prices
THAJ’s own service fees are not published as dirham amounts on this site. Where a cell in the table says the figure is still to be confirmed, that is deliberate. Inventing an AED “from” price would be a false quote.
A usable quote has two columns. The first is the government, medical, Emirates ID and typing-centre charges for that exact transaction, passed on at cost when the authority has set them. The second is THAJ’s service fee for preparing and lodging the file. They are not blended into a “visa package”. Golden Visa government fees that DLD actually publishes are on the Golden Visa cost page, not restated here as a PRO bundle.
Until a service fee has been confirmed for your company, the table stays qualitative. Email the licence type, how many people are on the file, and whether the work is a new visa, a renewal or a cancellation. You get the two columns in writing before any work starts. If a number on this page is ever filled in, it will be a fee THAJ has agreed to show, still excluding government charges.

The work is the same list as the PRO services page. Pricing follows the shape of the work, not a menu of invented bundles.

A monthly retainer is the same work on a calendar: the renewals and amendments you already know will happen. It is worth it when something lands every month. A company that needs one visa this year should not be sold twelve months of retainer to look after. Per transaction is then the honest model. Either way, government fees stay outside the fee.

Mainland or free zone, and how many owners and employees need a visa action in the next year.
Name the transactions
New visas, renewals, cancellations, a licence amendment, attestation. A quote for “PRO services” with no list is not a quote.
Separate the two columns
Ask for government charges and THAJ’s fee on different lines. Question any single AED number that claims to include both.
